🥘 Curry Yummy Chicken Recipe 🍗 With Superfoods For The Whole Family 🥘
One of my resolutions this year is… well it shouldn’t be a resolution 🙄 but maybe something I would like to change in my kitchen. Well it’s getting a bit more creative with my recipes and trying some international cuisine recipes not only Lebanese dishes as I did for the past 4 years! (Never without my recipe books and apps of course) especially that my son LOVES spices and trying new flavors (Not Kale, he hates kale. Who loves kale?)
So I wanted to introduce more ginger and red bell pepper in my kitchen and recipes because both of them are superfoods that the hole family should be exposed to. You can read here my post about superfoods we should always have in our kitchen. So after many attempted recipes from many recipe books, and online research I finally came up with this one, super yummy and that includes ginger, bell pepper and many other superfoods.
PS: It’s suitable for all ages. The spices are not strong, Nouni ate it when she was 8 months old!
